I'm currently playing Saints Row after going out and getting some money together. I would of waited to play but Steala convinced me otherwise. Its a great game and I'm only on like the 5th mission.
It isn't a GTA ripoff, its a great game and could stand on its own as a franchise. Hopefully THQ won't go wrong and cock up the 2nd one, if they ever make one. The game is so open ended and I like the complete customization of the character from facial features to weight, straight from the get go. Something of which GTA lacks.

Just bought Top Spin 2 for my Xbox 360 for only $19.99; love the game (I think I played this thing for 6 straight hours, I've never done that before) but it's way to hard...
I can't even get ranked in the top 150 in my career mode and have yet to win a tournament.
I tried looking everywhere to change the difficulty level but have un able to find it, if their is even one for career mode.
Ah well, great game but looks like I won't be in a grand slam anytime soon...

Top Spin 2 is a great game Flyers, it takes a while to get good at it.
At the moment I'm between two games, Fight Night 3 which is a great pick up and play game, also the easiest 1000 points I've ever got and Forza Motosport 2.

I am right in the middle of Vice City Stories on PS2. It's pretty awesome to get back in the saddle again. And you can swim too. There's a few nice new touches to the game, like building up your empire in drugs, prostitution, robbery etc. Them Sharks are a pretty pesky bunch of fuckers though.
It's also good to see Lance Vance's rise from low level crim to the smooth player we saw in the original Vice City.
Not so sure about the addition of purchasable items at the safe house though. Once you buy them, and save the game, you have to buy them all over again each time you wanna use them. Pretty pants idea if you ak me.
Next game I will play will be The Punisher, which I picked up for a fiver the other week, along with Manhunt, Poker Masters and Killer 7 which looks pretty sweet with cell-shaded graphics.

Just finished Vice City Stories. It had a fairly sudden ending. I was a bit disappointed that you did not get to have command of one of the mansions like in the original. The whole game was geared up for creating a crime empire, yet even upon completing the game, there's no real reward.

I downloaded the trial version of Sonic the Hedgehog (The old Mega Drive version) on to my Xbox from the Arcarde. I'm liking it alot, still really fun to play.
May have to get Golden Axe too.

I'm playing halo 2 right now; I've always gone to friends houses and played once in a while but i actually went out and bought the thing for myself now that i have a xbox system....
Man, I loved the game at my friends house and he didn't have online; now with online it's simply amazing....
I didn't even play the story mode I simply went straight to online and man talk about some fun stuff, 8 on 8 is simply amazing to see online especially the levels where their are vehicles and the map is wide and open.
I'm standing here shooting from a hill when a team mate pulls up to me with a warthog and honks the horn and tells me to get into the back to use the gun; then we pick up another team mate who sits in the passenger seat and uses his hand gun....
Just so much fun....

Bully or Canis Candem Edit as it's named over here. A really good game from the makers of GTA. It's amazing nobody had made a school game before. Really fun being able to give kids wedgies or push the bullies into bins. You can also throw firecrackes down toilets or throw itching powder onto the jocks. Even some of the classes are great, English is a highlight and best of all is that every single pupil has their own character, including the brillaint Gary who is one of the best villiains in gaming. A complete psycho who dresses as an SS Officer for Halloween.
Great game, should be played by everyone. *****

Bought Bio Shock awhile back, but only played it for like two days then stopped because I couldn't advance on this one part because I couldn't find this one tonic I needed to move on.
I started playing today and that tonic that took hours of time looking for last time, I found the first 5mins of playing; figures...
Anyway, the more I play this game the more I love it. I've gotten to the point where I have enough tonics that I can make some pretty crazy combinations in battle. I think this game was just so well put together that it's up there as one of my top Xbox 360 games.
.........................................
I got a gift card for xmas and I'm thinking of getting either The Simpson’s game or COD 4....

Are you mad?! Call of Duty 4 easily!
I have been playing WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth again. Still my favorite wrestling game 5 years on.
I also bought cell-shaded first person shooter XIII today. I've liked the game for years but saw it for £4 today and had to buy it. I took it up to the counter only to be told it's £3 Result!

Go for COD 4 Flyers, I got simpsons for xmas and completed it in 4 hours in total. Pretty bad for a game imo. Woo have you ever played XIII? I think it's possibly one of the best shooters out there. As for me, I'm playing Super Mario Galaxy. It's a great game, my last Mario games was Super Mario Bros 3 on the SNES, so this is quite a jump.

I think it's possibly one of the best shooters out there. Yeah I have played it before and think it is a very good game, but not good enough to compete with some of the bigger FPS's. The single player experience is great, but can't compete with the excellent Black while the mulit-player split screen modes are uninspired and dull and don't come anywhere close to the sheer perfection of Timesplitters 2. Still play the game by yourself and it's a delight. Seeing "bang bang" actually written on the screen and showing your enemies being killed in a box on the screen is such a genius idea for a game based on a comic book. Why other games based on comics don't learn from XIII is a mystery. Also I love the graphics and think that cell-shaded games are amongst the best looking. Fear Effect was an incredibly graphical achievement and XIII along with Killer 7, Okami will still look good years after Final Fantasy XII and God of War begin to dated. If only they could have made the multi-player more fun? Ah well, *goes back to playing Timespliters*

I recently bought a 360 and Halo 3 so that's what I'm playing atm.
Unfortunately I'll have to exchange the game as I picked it up preowned and as always seems to be the case: the preowned copy looks to have had someone grated it with a brick for a month, it won't load the fifth level on campaign.
Bastards.
