Ok, just saw last night’s heroes episode.....
I thought it was entertaining to say the least. It had it's strong moments and it's weak moments. First, Hiro thinking he is a 10 year old is very odd. It's pretty amusing but I don't understand how that happened or what the hell is going on there. I thought Father P just takes your powers, not trap you in the mind of a 10 year old.
The Elle Sylar thing I thought was funny. I mean she was trying to kill him and all she did was destroy his shirt causing her to realize that she wants him bad....
The Parkman angle was pretty creepy and kinda confusing but it got pretty tense towards the end.
At the end of the episode apparently for now the lines have been drawn however the future episode shows that the teams change around a bit.
It seemed this episode just set up for the next episode which looks like a lunar eclipse will happen and cause complete chaos for some reason.
All in all ok episode...

I thought the strongest moment of the episode was Mohinder's one on one time with the test subject. That's the way his turn should have been done.
Elle begging sylar was bs. i ahte that shit in movies and tv shows

I thought it was ok, what didn't you like about it? I agree right now it's lame cause no one has any powers, but an eclipse happens every 2 1/2 seasons, so by season 6 we'll see powers again...... yay!

well, first off, everyone saw the total eclipse. Eclipses, however, can only be seen in a certain stretch of land pending on the time it happens for a certain amount of time, not to mention the rariety of seeing the type of eclipse portrayed on the show (an eclipse like this one last minutes before light starts to show again, it stayed dark for hours an presumeably will stay even longer with next episode)
Science aside, i thought the entire episode was cheese. HRG teaching his daughter how to handle wood, Sylar and Elle, Flint's "i can't go back to being nobody line" are just a few instances of things i disliked. Claire saying "No, i'm not going to hide" was idiotic.
I did like Peter this episode though. I've always said Peter is the high horse of the show, so to speak, kind of like superman in that they will always do good no matter the circumstances. It really irked me when they made Sylar the good guy and Peter the bad guy for those couple of episodes, so even now when Peter's acting like the hero he should be (and he isn't even acting heroic, he's more emo with "my powers give me a purpose and now i suck" attitude) the heroics are really subtracted from that stupid bad guy twist.

I'm not enjoying this season as much as the others.
I prefer Sylar being and out and out heel rather than a tweener.

Wow, wtf did I just watch?
Last's night episode was so bad lol.
First off, they actually killed off main characters like Sylar and Clare only to have them come back to life once they got theie powers back. I was so pissed by that. Seems like they will never die.
Speaking of dying, the death of Elle was horrible. I knew her contract was running out so she was going to be killed off so I was expecting it but it took way to long to get to her death. By the time she died it was so poor. Her screaming in pain was so bad. It was like a fake moan or something. Idk seemed very unrealistic.
Then the whole Hiro thing was kinda lame. I kinda laughed when he grabbed Sylar and said bad man, but it kinda ruined the scene.
Also enough with Issic already. He's been dead since season 1 and they still seem to find new stuff. First it was the 7 paintings in season 2 and now it's this un published 7 wonders comic. Give it a rest he isn't T-pac.
Anyway that was my rant. I think I'm done with this show...

I marked out when Hiro saved the bennetts, i won't lie. but that's all this episode had going for it. Not to mention he's basically responsible for Elle's death for putting her on the island with Sylar. I'd be interested if Sylar's been written out, how else is he going to get off said island?
If Claire lost her powers and got infected, why didn't Arthur go back to being paralyzed? The Haitian was pretty bad ass, but Nathan's light switch turn was dumb.
My issue with Heroes is it's filled with a bunch of red herrings; nothing ever sticks, no plot devices last more than a couple of episodes, so there's no real point in watching because in two or three episodes something else completely different will be happening and the previous episodes will seem like they neve happened. And the writers are making the mistake that viewers want to sympathize with Sylar with all this bs about his parentage. Lame.

also, did anyone else notice that HRG had Sylar and Elle lined up for the shot while they were making out, but didn't take the shot until after they did the dirty? Apparently Noah is a perv.

There are things that dont add up and Nathan is annoying the crap out of me this season but I trust that it will all come good in the end.. I mean, it cant be as bad as last series surely?

sure it can worse than last season; we only had to suffer through 12 episodes of crap rather than a full season.

I mean, it cant be as bad as last series surely? I stopped watching it online and a now following it on TV so I am up-to-date with you Kel. We are only 1 week behind the Americans now too thanks to the 2 week hiatus they had. I thought The Eclipse Part 1 was pretty damn good actually. The Elle/Sylar stuff is great- they HAVE to keep Elle in it, she's the best character! I have a terrible feeling HRG is going to shoot her with that sniper rifle though Even Ali Larter was less annoying than usual. I think they have found a good role for her as a power-hungry bitch. Mohinder coming out of his cocoon was cool too. If they hadn't rushed his storyline it could have been amazing. I don't get the whole Daphne thing though. How does being superfast mean she can suddenly walk? Shouldn't she have to use cructhes still? I guess mayb Linderman could have healed her I suppose though. I do think the Eclipse is going to be a bit pointless. Either it will take away everbodys powers for good, or they will just get them back. Oh well, it was a good episode.

Ok... well thats true enough, but I dont think it is ever going to return to the glory of the first season. I do however think that this series has been much better than series 2 so far. And yes, I could have edited my post above... I just couldnt be bothered
