Yeah I agree with you Metal about how good the episode before the season finale was. That guy on the train was one of the most likeable characters they have ever had on this show. The Muslim preacher too was great.
The season finale wasn't very good though if I'm being honest. There were some good parts- the guy who tried to kidnap Kim turning into the Terminator was hilarious and the scene where Tony tried to kill that guy was very tense- I really thought Tony was going to get shot by Jack.
But in terms of excitement this episode had none at all minus the brief airport shoot-out- the FBI guy on the floor screaming "it was chaos!" had be laughing at loud. The President storyline was very, very dull and the Jack-Renne scene was too preachy (and it was being preachy without actually preaching anything) and Kim turning up to save the day was obvious- she should have done it fucking ages ago.
All in all an average season I thought. Better than last years, sure, but not as good as 1, 2, or 5. Also thank god for Tony as he was by far the most interesting person all year.
