Spoilers Ahead Okay, I just typed up a long post and hit backspace by accident so I'm annoyed and will be brief. This thread is the same as the Heroes one, save the title obviously. Here is what's happened so far this year in short bullet points. -An Attractive Female Company Member has told Linc to tell Michael to break a guy called James Whistler out of Sona or she will tell some people to kill LJ and Sarah who she has kidnapped! -Michael/Mahone/Bellick and T-Bag (who also winds up in Sona) find out the Prison is run by big bad inmate Luchero who tries to intimidate Michael by holding out the foot of a chicken....I'm not making this up... -While a normal man would be terrified by the sight of dead poultry Michael shrugs it off and with "help" by Bellick and Mahone finds Whistler in a wall eating rats..... again not making this up... -Linc meanwhile stalks Whistler's Latino girlfriend and finds out that James sent to into a vault to retrieve an item of such magnitude that it....wait it's a bloody book of birds! Still not making this up... -Anyway Michael found Whistler but there is on problem- everyone wants him dead for reasons to convoluted to talk about. Eventually Michael saves Whistler's ass and everyone suddenly becomes best buddies before Michael, Whistler, T-Bag, Mahone, Luchero all begin to shoot some hopes with Random Basketball Loving Inmate. T-Bag insists that they should divide the teams up into "shirts and skins" Okay I made up the whole basketball bit... -Whistler you would think would be happy at being alive and with the chance to escape, but no! He wants his Bloody Book of Birds back. For what? Who knows?! Maybe he saw a really exotic bird while down in his wall and desperately wants to know what it was. Panama is host to some exotic birds you know? www.photoatlas.com/pics/pictures_of_panama_nature.html-Mahone is in on the escape but due to lack of drugs begins seeing visions of Haywire. Poor Mahone, of all the people who killed he sees apparitions of the psycho. -Bellick is beginning to work out about the escape when he isn't looking for shoes to steal. Well everyone needs a hobby I guess. -T-Bag has become good mates with Luchero...if only Luchero knew what Bagwell did back in Alabama to those kids... -Sucre is working at the prison as a gravedigger helping Michael and Co escape. -Linc despite being told by Attractive Female Company Member to do what she says, he goes all Jack Bauer on us and tries to rescue Sarah and LJ which results in... -Sarah's death!!!!?! Jesus, what a shock! Linc finds her head in a box given to him by Attractive Female Company Member. Well it's a head that looks slightly but it's enough for Linc to start crying. Worst of all, he didn't tell Michael!!! OMG!... -------------- I wanted Season Two to be the last year of PB. I am an idiot as this year has started out brilliantly I can't wait to see next weeks!

I think it's a bit daft to be honest. I want Michael to start concocting his fiendishly intricate and brilliant escape plan again. That's what I liked so much about season one. It kinda got very silly in season two, with a rather too convoluted plot which I feel lost it's way.
This season has started off with too much walking around a prison yard with hands in pockets and trying to ignore each other despite all wanting to kill each other previously. I mean why has Mahone not killed both Michael AND T Bag, and at least maimed Bellick?
Season two went a long way to making it more far fetched than 24, and this season, while still good is not very exciting to be hones.
And I don't reckon that was Sarah's head.

Why would Mahone want to kill them 3? Bellick did nothing to him, after being screwed by the company he has no need to kill T-Bag and while he hates Michael for setting him up he made it clear that he feels he needs a friend in Sona in order to survive and knows that Scofiled is his best way out of Panama.
I liked Season 1 a lot. Seeing the escape plan come together was very exciting as was watching the other 9 inamtes lie, con and blackmail their way onto the escape was brilliant, but I think Season Two upped the ante a lot. Sure it had it's bad moments (Sucre trapped under a tree anyone?) but after a year getting to know the 8 escapees you are desperate for the likes of Sucre and the brothes to escape (I was really rooting for C-Note and so happy he got written out so gracefully) which makes for great nail biting tv, escpeiaclly when you learn later on that if they get caught by Mahone, he will kill them.
I loved the way that the later seasons have been such a departure from the first one, but they didn't really have a choice I guess I mean they couldn't keep them locked up forever. Either way it looks like Michael is going to start mapping out another excellent escape again now.

Mahone also needs (or wants) Scofield to testify that he set up Mahone to get arrested in the first place.
I don't really like season 3 as much as the previous two. Much like Metal said, I think it's a bit dull (other than Sarah's death and that got ruined because the actress wouldn't shoot season 3). Things are picking up though. I like how they brought Sucre into the mix as the gravedigger. It's going to be a lot different from season 1 because it's basically Scofield making things up as he goes.

As far as Prison Break goes, AMAZING! is an understatement. I thought 2 season would be fine and that a third would be stupid, bit surprise surprise, 4 episodes in and it's been simply amazing. I love the whole sonna setting and think the jail is amazing looking, I love all the characters except the annoying kid in the T-mac jersey bothering Michael about sports in America while he has more important things to do, like escape out of prison to save his girlfriend and his brothers kid.
This show has really heated up and it seems like deaths are coming out of nowhere and fast, not 24 fast but pretty fast. Anyway, ratings are very poor for season 3 so I'm guessing this will be the final season to what I believe was a successful series.

This weeks PB episode I thought wasn't very good, which was terrible seeing as we had to wait two weeks for it and will wait another two weeks for the next one? What's up with all the breaks?
Anyway the episode was just weird. I don't get T-Bag's storyline at all. What's up with him and the prostitute? It would seem he actually cares for her, but that can't be it. It is T-Bag after all. Why is he trying to annoy Luchero?
Also strange was Scure's plot. The last time we saw him he was helping Michael out by making a hole in the fence, this week he was smuggling drugs into the prison and again I am not sure how this relates to the main plot.
Linc buried something on a beach, no idea what. PB is playing it's cards too close to it's chest at the moment. Speaking of which who is this new inmate? Wasn't he the Irish guy that Peter nearly killed in Heroes?
I also thought it was dumb how Michael makes an EMP out of a microwave yet can't open a padlock. Also he was reaching into the cell trying to reach it- did our genius think of using something to pull it towards him? Another thing why did the person who he stole his binoculars not try to get back at him?
Looks like Whistler's bird book came in handy for once, but who is he really? Does it really matter?

The reason for the one week hiatus was because PB got pushed in favor of baseball playoffs (blah). This week they are airing two episodes to get back on schedule apparently.
I think T-Bag is trying to manipulate the prostitute because he's a horndog. The last person he's held lovingly in his arms is Tweener.
Yeah that was the same guy. Maybe his mob roots will help Scofield get back on his feet in Ireland once he breaks out.

Yeah that was the same guy. Maybe his mob roots will help Scofield get back on his feet in Ireland once he breaks out. Damn, that poor guy doesn't get any luck does he? So PB just had it's so called 'Fall Finale' and we will now have to wait until January to see what happens next *grumbles*, but didn't it go out with a bang?! What a grear episode, though as usual with these shows the trailers give way too much away and I am going to try and avoid them like the plague now. Btw I was wondering who everyone thinks will manage to escape from Sona. I reckon Michael, Whistler, Mahone, Bellick, Luchero and the basketball kid will all make it out of Soa. I an guessing that T-Bag will scheme his way onto the plan, but will be betrayed by Michael as they make their escape and will end up getting killed by Sammy.

I'd say the same people will get out except "McGrady". I don't think Michael would let him ruin his life like that.
By the way, what was up with Scofield taking off his grey long-sleeved shirt after the helicopter incident...and putting on another grey long-sleeved shirt? Good plan. That'll throw them off for sure.

lmao yeah that was great. He actually picked up about 3 shirts before chosing that one. The guards must have been like "Hmmm, he looks like the guy and is wearing the same coloured shirt, but the guy on the helicopters shirt was all sweaty, so I'm stumped."
Anyone else think it was a bit odd when Susan B/Gretchen had Whistler's up aganist the wall and kept saying "you are very beautiful"? Also didn't it seem a bit too easy to get Whistler out of Sona? If Michael wasn't there they would have managed to get him out fairly easy.
As for McGrady I think he will do something to help Michael which will land him in trouble and Michael will let him in on the plan out of guilt ala' Tweener. Btw where did he get the horible grey suit from? For one minute I thought the gaurds were going to do their usual fool proof "was it you who tried to escape?" BANG" "Oh well." techniche and kill him.
Anyone want to guess what he did to get in jail? I dunno, but his father seemed to be implying that he could go home (if he grassed on some other people maybe?)

Okay PB is now back after a long haitus. The first episode I thought was good, but didn't add an awful lot to the overall season arc, but the newest Dirt Nap was tremendous. The scenes outisde of the prisn continue to be a bit dull, but inside Sona it was non-stop action. Bellick and Mahone were back to the best this week, Whistler seemed likeable for once and we finnaly got back to the good old T-Bag. He was hilarious I thought. "Michael, I'm in on the escape wheather you like it or not." "Okay." "Hey, you hear that? Everybody hear that?!" It doesn't translate to well when written down, but it was funny that somehow Michael's "okay" was like a legal contract to him. Also, I love the way his teeth get worse and worse every week, but that doesn't make sence. I mean where the hell do the rest get toothpaste from?
Anyway it's great to have PB back even though it will just be for a few weeks.

Wow, anybody see last nights episode?
Damn was that tense. What a great episode that was and it's going to be the longest week ever waiting for the next one. It seems Whistler might be a good guy after-all, he just acts like he is evil, idiot. Glad to see McGrady in on the plan, he was this years Tweener character but let's just hope he doesn't suffer the same fate.
So 30 seconds for Michael, Mahone, Whistler, T-Bag, Bellick, Luchero and McGrady to escape Sona....seems impossible and I bet one of them (T-Bag probably) won't make it. Michael will also has to find a way of getting Sucre of his current situation. Damn I love this show.

At the end of the episode, I couldn't help but wonder why Lechero didn't run after the lights went out immediately. He instead decided to pull the cover back over the hole and look back at Scofield.
You've got 30 seconds, fat man. GO!
Anyway, if I had to bet on one person not making it out of prison, I'd guess Bellick. I love his character but he seems the most expendable at this point (other than T-Mac of course but I doubt he gets caught).

Well we were both right I guess Steala. T-Bag and Brad both got caught and Luchereo ended up getting shot. I never saw that twist coming at the start of the episode.
This was a great episode and the very end with Whistler revealing that he never really hurt his ankle, or that it healed quick, and driving off was a classic PB "What will they do now?!" moment. So we have the 'Sona 4' on the run, which should be the main storyline for the last episode and the start of the fourth season. Though it's not quite over for the 3 in the prison, especially T-Bag who may have made Whistler completely useless now he has the bird book. It seems that Sucre may well be joining him inside Sona too.
Once again I can't wait for what will probably be the season finale, which is such a shame as I wanted them to tie up the story is just 3 seasons.

So what did everyone think of Prison Break’s final?
I had mixed feelings about it. The scenes where Michael out smarted Gretchen and the shootings outside the museum had me on the edge of my seat, but other then that nothing was that amazing. I had a feeling Mahone was going to team up with Whistler so I wasn’t that shocked about that.
The end was kinda lame, there was no big shocking cliff hangers and the song they were playing at the end was extremely annoying.
So yeah it was ok. Season 4 I hope turns out to be better then this years.
