If anyone has visited Yahoo in the past couple of hours you've seen the article posted that Mickey Rourke has signed on to play Whiplash while Scarlett Johansson has also signed on to play Black Widow.


Wow! Downey Jr, Paltrow, Rorke, Johansson what a cast. I enjoyed the first Iron Man and am looking forward to the second just by the cast alone.

Yeah I read that on MSN last night.
Apparently Mickey Rourke previously turned down a $250,000 payday, so they made him a better offer.
Five years ago Rourke was working for food, and now he can command such a fee? I hope he is sensible this time around and don't piss it all up against the wall again.

I also heard Kenneth Branagh has found a guy to play Thor in his upcoming movie... THOR!
I just caught the headline but didn't have time to read it before I had to leave for work.
And I'm too lazy to look now, but... please let it be Triple H!
