Well this is fairly old news and only really concerns Flyers, Steala and Somar but ROH has now got a 1 hour TV deal with the station HDnet. They've taped 6 one hour episodes so far and the show's write-ups are pretty good and feature 30 minutes of wrestling.
30 minutes of wrestling is a fairly decent amount of time on a time for a one hour show. It's actually more than you get on TNA Impact which is two hours!!!
Sadly there don't seem to be any plans for a UK TV deal yet, but I think Bravo should try and sign it and put it on prior to Impact, though that would piss off TNA no doubt. I think I'm going to try and watch the episodes on the internet. It seems like it will be like TNA Impact when they used to broadcast a one hour show online and put on great long matches with the likes of Daniels and Skipper. Also with TNA no longer being a wrasslin' show and becoming Sports Entertainment there is a real niche market for ROH. In fact they should say "ROH- WE are wrestling!"
The only bad news is that Bryan Danielson and therefore Sara Del Ray also will no longer be able to use Europe's 'Final Countdown' as their theme songs.
