I have to say this PPV looks fantastic. I haven't been this excited for a Mania since XX. Here's the latest card:
WWE Championship HHH vs Orton
World Heavyweight Edge vs Cena vs Big Show
Taker vs HBK
Money in the Bank
Christian vs MVP vs CM Punk vs Kofi Kingston vs Fit Finlay vs Kane vs Shelton vs Mark Henry
Y2J vs Snuka, Steamboat & Piper(?)
Matt Hardy vs Jeff Hardy
Undisputed Tag Team Championship MNM 2.0 w/ Nikki Bella vs The Colons w/Brie Bella
IC Championship JBL vs someone (probably Rey)
25 Diva's Battle Royal Candice vs Melina vs Mickie vs Beth vs Gillian vs Katie Lea vs Eve Torres vs Mayrse vs Niedhart vs McCool vs Brie vs Nikki vs Maria vs Alicia Fox vs Gail Kim vs Layla vs Kelly vs Rosa Mendes vs Tiffanny vs Sunny vs ? vs ? vs ? vs ? vs ? (I think Torrie, Trish, Lita and Vctoria could be in)
It looks awesome. The tag team match could be incredible if they give it the time it deserves and don't ruin it with a Bella cat fight. The Hardys match should be good, Money in the Bank will be good and Taker vs HBK will do whatever they can to steal the show.

I read a rumour that they are trying to bring in Wendi Ritcher! I thought she died of cancer a couple of weeks ago.

LOL. I was thinking "what she's still alive?" and then got the joke. Miss Wrestlemania I just googled her for that image on on Page 2 there is an image of her when she was younger topless..... she looked very good in the image but it's just wrong! JBL vs Rey has no been confirmed now too. I hope they give us Swagger vs Bourne too.

Torrie Wilson!
Victoria!
Sunny!
and....
Molly Holly!!!!
I never liked Torrie but LOVE Molly. Victoria is awesome too while Sunny was the perfect valet.

So anybody watch the PPV?
I must confess I haven't apart from the Y2J match but after reading reports I have no desire to view this. Here are some of my thoughts.
Tag Team Unification Match- FUCKING BULLSHIT! This was the match I was MOST interested in watching and for them to not put this on the card is a disgrace. Had I ordered this I would have complained and asked for my money back. Fuck you WWE.
Diva's Battle Royal- So you have Victoria, Molly, Sunny making their WWE's return and you don't even acknowledge them and give them one piece of entrance music. And then you go and have Santino win this. Fuck you WWE.
Kid Rock- I hate it when the WWE and TNA do shit like this. Wrestlemania is supposed to be a global event yet they have someone, who hardly anybody outside the US knows about or cares about wast 10 minutes on the PPV. Fuck you WWE.
JBL vs Rey- So at last the WWE have the IC belt on Mania in what should have been a good match. Rey has been able to get better matches out of JBL than anybody on the roster. So they have this end in 18 seconds. Fuck you WWE.
Y2J vs Legends- Snuka and Piper are past it, but Ricky Steamboat is the man! His was great! One of the highlights of the PPV no doubt about it. I was livid the cameraman fucked up and missed him skinning the cat, hope that doofus was fired, but it was a great losing performance that should have got a standing ovation. But instead that moment goes to Rourke who took forever to get in the ring and then took down Chris with a weak punch. Fuck you WWE.
HHH vs Orton- HHH is shit. Jack Swagger who was punished for a bad NWO match must be wondering if the same will happen to HHH and Orton. This is supposed to be an awful match and I am not surprised at all. HHH has stunk up almost every title match he's been in at Mania- 16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24 so this should be expected by now. He sucks, plain and simple. And Orton got buried, again. Fuck you WWE, fuck you HHH.
HBK/Taker
This is supposed to be a MOTY and near a ***** match as you will get. However others say the way they kicked out of 15 finishers made it a farce and they didn't steal the show they hijacked it, deliberately making the matches that follow pale in comparison and tiring out the crowd. I'll judge when I see it.
CM Punk wins MITB- Surprising win here. I thought it was out of MVP, Christian or Benji. Anybody else expecting Punk to show up at the end, avenge his title loss due to Orton and beat the Legend Killer to win the title to close the show? However I am now wondering if we will see Punk slowly morph into a heel, especially as the two champions happen to be face (though I expect Orton to win at Backlash). A heek CM Punk is something I would be VERY excited to see.
Anyone (read: Metal) watch this?

Hee hee, yeah I watched it. Just haven't really had the time to comment on it here. However, the show was far better than you give it credit for. There were very low points though, like replacing the tag title match with a fifteen minute Kid Cock set.
I found the womens battle royal to be highly entertaining though, and honestly did not notice Santina until over five minutes into the match. After I did notice her, she was all I watched, as the sight of her prowling round the ring pouting and not getting involved in any scuffles and seeing all the other divas ignore her while they scrathed and bit each other as very amusing to me.
The MITB match was a surprise victory by Punk, as I was expecting CLB to win. I was a pretty good match with several high spots, not least Shelts's suicide dive that left me thinking he'd fucking killed himself.
JBL v Rey was a joke and really stuck the boot into the title's credibility, after such a long WM absence. I hate Rey, and fast forward ALL matches involving him when I watch Raw and Smackdown on Sky Plus. I have never forgiven the little wetback for sullying Eddie's memory.
Y2J v Legends was really all about Y2J v Ricky Steamboat, who wins Man Of The Night honours for me. He was a phenomenon, and I really honestly did not believe he had such a match left in him. It was almost as though they were giving an abbreviated re-enactment of Steamboat's classic WM3 stormer with Savage. Steamboat really rose to the occasion and made me sit up and think "where the hell has he been for the last fifteen years?". Simply awesome. I don't think it matters about the outcome, as Steamboat made his Hall Of Fame induction one of the most deserved ever. Rourke really was a twat though, milking his big night by taking longer to get in the ring than... oh fuck it - he took TOO LONG!
Cena was guaranteed to win this match against Edge and Big Slow. I hate the love triangle and thought Cena needed to win to give the championship meaning again. Edge has really wrecked his reign, and Show should never have been in the mix either. My only hope now is that Edge gets drafted to Smackdown next week, along with Christian, and get some quality back on the airwaves.
I like Randy Orton's character, but I also like Triple H as a face, standing alongside Vince and Shane to defend the McMahon name. So I am glad he retained. The match was rather crap to be honest, and needed a bloodbath in my opinion. Not seen a good bloodbath in WWE for a long time.
So match of the night was possibly as many say match of the year so far. It was quite honestly a fucking classic as good as any from the last twenty years. And by two veterans at that. If that match does not give young up and coming talent something to aspire to, then they are dead in the water already.
When I think back to when I watched WrestleMania 7, if someone had said "oh, imagine Shawn Michaels versus The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25?", I'd have replied, "yeah, it'd probably take em twenty minutes to get to the ring in their zimmer frames...". And if they'd have said "it could be a match of the year candidate", I'd have just told em to fuck off to their face.
So yeah, possibly Shawn's best performance in over a decade, and definitely one of Taker's best matches of his career, I saw two outcomes to this, but only one that made sense. The first possible outcome would be Shawn winning, and justifiably earning himself a Hall Of Fame slot, with The Undertaker retiring after being finally vanquished by the heroic Heartbreak Kid.
The second, and most realistic outcome was that The Undertaker is indeed immortal when on the Mania stage, and even the righteous Shawn Michaels with The Lord God Himself in his corner, cannot overcome the mighty Undertaker, and succuumbs to the darkness of defeat as so many have before him. Michaels then becomes a heel.
Whilst that last bit may not happen, it really should, as Shawn has lost credibility after all that has gone before this epic match, and must deal with it accordingly by embracing his own dark side once again.
So a terrific match, in which Undertaker made my heart leap into my mouth as he took a dive out the ring and landed right on top of his head. As it was live, I was was expecting to witness an on-air wrestling death. But Taker amazingly survived to fight on and together with Shawn provided a highlight reel with a longer running time than the average Greg The Hammer Valentine match.
So overall the event was a massive success as far as I am concerned. I have learned to take WWE at face value now, and harbour no illusions that TNA will ever hope to match the scale of it's "Universe". Conversely, I also have no expectations that WWE will ever reach the lofty highs of the early or late 90s. But WrestleMania remains every bit the big day on the wrestling calendar, and this 25th annual show (and not "25th anniversary" as they keep on insisting - really, did I celebrate my first wedding anniversary the day I got married? NO!") delivered for the most part. 7.5/10

Just saw the Money in the Bank and that was fantastic. That's 5 MitB's and 5 amazing matches now! There hasn't been a bad, or average one yet. If MitB was a film studio it would be Pixar it's so consistent.
Who would have thought Shelton wouldn't be able to do a senton splash hey? I thought he landed on his neck. MVP must have too when Shelton powerbombed him over the ropes. I'm kinda glad he fucked up the sunset flip move as that may have killed MVP. Kofi really impressed me here as did Henry. We didn't get a Henry splash off the ladder sadly but it was awesome when he caught Kingston and then gave him the WSSlam on the ladder.
Great match.

Yeah Kane and Mark Henry were the two most out of place guys in the match, yet they both somehow gave the match some of it's most memorable moments. That combo Henry did on Kingston was bloody terrific. One of the best things I've ever seen him do.

I never did get all the Kane hate for being in the match. He was in the very first MITB and did fine there AND was in TLC4 and was freaking awesome. Finaly too had been in two prior MITB matches yet people weren't happy with that.
Henry made a lot of people eat their own words I think.

I have just watched WM25.
I saw the Money in The Bank Ladder Match aired Live but then went to hospital with extreme pain. Turns out my appendix ruptured and I only got home yesterday. I was really awkward to treat lol.
Anyway, I enjoyed the PPV. Very surprised with some of the wins, like Matt winning against Jeff and Rey beating JBL. Only a few things on the PPV pissed me off, like HHH winning and Cena taking the WHC. On a whole though I enjoyed the PPV and to this point am still impressed by Steamboats performance.

Lol, those two seemed like the two obvious choices. Rumour had it JBL was quitting so Rey would win while Matt Hardy needed to beat Jeff to help get over and complete the Owen/Bret storyline.
Owen Bret Had a little confrontation at SSeries
Matt Jeff Jeff was attacked at SSeries, by someone- Matt
Owen Bret Owen turns on Bret at the Rumble
Matt Jeff Matt turns on Jeff at the Rumble
Owen Bret Owen gets the surprise win at Mania
Matt Jeff Matt gets the "surprise" win at Mania
All we need now is for Jeff to beat Matt in a cage at Summerslam.
The real surprise wins from Mania were Punk and I guess HHH.
