This is a really tough poll. Office and Scrubs were a given for me, but i had trouble choosing between big bang and south park. Big Bang is new and fresh, and I think a comedic show with live actors is much harder to do than animated. However, 12 seasons of laughter from South Park, along with the genius statements-on-society undertones to its immaturity took the vote.

Tough for me, in the end the office lost my vote. Big Bang, Scrubs and SP for me here.

Loony Tunes is an obvious choice.
Other than that just Scrubs got my vote.
