Another tough one.

Power Rangers was shit so that's out of the question. The other 4 all have the nostalgia factor. Sesame Street is a gimme for me and Top Cat is one of the coolest TV characters ever and they get my vote along with Donald Duck. Donald is a legend. If I had to list some of the best TV characters ever then Donald Duck would easily join the likes of Edmund Blackadder, Basil Fawltey and Niles Crane.
