i've only seen My Name is Earl, so gets my only vote. Jason Lee as a hick, how can that lose?

I voted for My Name is Earl too. I also picked Sesame Street, one of my favourite children's TV shows and Cheers- I forgot about that when posting in the greatest theme tunes thread. One of my favourite US sitcoms.

House because it's the most consistently good show on television, My Name is Earl because it actually has a pretty creative format for a comedy, and Cheers because it's a classic.
If that isn't reason enough: I didn't vote for John from Cincy because I've never seen it and I didn't vote for Sesame Street because I'm not 5.

You really don't go for the nostalgia thing do you Steala? Sesame Street though is one of the most sucessful US shows ever not only lasting as long as it has but because it's been broadcast in so many countries. Has to count for something right? How can you not love it? Well Dave Chappelle might not how... uk.youtube.com/watch?v=aUmYGLIubhoHilarious. Things are close between House and Sesame Street!

lol. The Oscar the Grouch part was gold.
As for the nostalgia thing, I voted for Power Rangers (and the Muppets). That isn't exactly a show I look back on today and go "Sheeeit, the special effects on this show are the bomb!" or "Why didn't this Black Ranger fellow get an Emmy?"
