Yes, yes I am..... but it's a classic love story - teenage girl falls in love with cute vampire... what's not to love? Plus, it's got Vampires, and I love Vampires.

Buffy did indeed rule
The basics are similar to buffy - teen girl, angsty good vampire who doesn't drink human blood, bad vampires trying to kill teen girl, there's even werewolves.... all it's missing is a couple witches and a demon or two. And Bella is pretty much the total opposite of Buffy.
That being said, the books were a good read, I think it's a great story - the movie wasn't nearly as good (but I find movies are seldom as good as the books they're based on), we'll see what happens with movie number two.
