My God HBO rocks my world.
Sex and the City aside, I love almost everything they do drama wise.
I love the following HBO shows:
The Sopranos Deadwood Carnivale The Wire Six Feet Under Curb Your Enthusiasm The Larry Sanders Show Rome
It's a shame that they're not so willing to put the money into the shows anymore, probably because people prefer reality TV.
Anybody else like any of these shows?

I had heard about Deadwood, but never managed to catch the series on TV, so I ordered it on dvd rental from Amazon. I was so impressed. I watched all three series back to back, I was absolutely hooked! Apparently the end of the last series wasnt supposed to be the end and there were two feature films to be made, however they never happened Waiting on Sopranos now from Amazon, never seen it before

Sopranos is the number one TV show of all time in my opinion. The best writing, acting and all-round movie-quality production makes The Sopranos a cut above the usual TV fare we have to endure.
Stands proudly alongside The Godfather series and Goodfellas as an insight into the lives of these larger-than-life characters.
Another show which I have become hooked on is The Wire. Season five begins on FX next Monday. Shame it's the final season. It really is a vastly underrated and largely undiscovered show. Second only to The Shield as my favourite cop show.

I used to watch Six Feet Under, then I missed a few episodes and could never get back into it. As for the Soparnos I thought that I'd missed so many it wasn't worth watching it now.
I'm more of an ABC fan myself.
