From www.ufc.com/It's been confirmed that unbeaten British light heavyweight Michael "The Count" Bisping will headline UFC 78: Validation on November 17 in New Jersey. He will face another unbeaten rival in Rashad Evans. I dunno about you, but I reckon the winner of this fight MUST get a title shot next. I gotta say, I'm pretty stoked at how well Bisping has handled himself in the UFC. He hasn't stumbled on the grand stage like so many have, and has done England (and his birth country Cyprus) proud by vanquishing all in his path. Surely it's destiny that he wins the world title. I'd have loved to have seen him face Chuck Liddell, but after two bruising defeats I see him on the slag heap for some time yet. Bisping v Rampage Jackson will be the real test of The Count's mettle. And I reckon he'd do him an' all. I just hope he has the skills to match Rashad Evans, which I am pretty sure he has, and has the confidence to step up to the plate when all the marbles are on the table (man, I love using cliches). Roll on November 24th.

I have to take Evans in this one.
I like Bisping. He's an explosive fighter and I could be eating crow after a knockout win (add that to the cliche list), but he's never faced anyone half as good as Rashad Evans. I could be crazy, but I don't think he even won the Matt Hamill fight. Everyone that I've talked to seem to think the same thing.
Rashad just always seems to find a way to win, except, you know...when he fought Tito Ortiz to that "draw".

Yeah I did not see the Hamill fight, but I heard he was robbed. Bisping should put it behind him and focus on a knockout win, instead of relying on a dodgy decision. Evans will be his biggest test to date, and should win him a spot in the title fight soon. Having said that, Bisping and everyone else for that matter should not look past Evans, who is more than capable of ending Bisping's title dreams.
Whoever wins, I reckon we're in for one hell of a main event.

Absolutely. I don't think I'm going to be buying this PPV because I'm a cheap piece of crap but it's going to be a fun one to watch for those who do.
I don't think there's much of a chance of this going the distance. A knockout seems very likely no matter who wins.
Evans' high kick to Sean Salmon was one of the best knockouts I've ever seen.
