Did somebody really say Puff Daddy?
I don't think we need any more proof that the world's coming to an end!
Gotta agree with the Joe Cocker cover of The Beatles - it blew it away.

Lol, yeah I said Puff Daddy. I like it mainly for Faith Evans' singing of their chorus more than his 'rapping skills' though. Also at the time it was released I was still in school and bought into the whole deal with him dedicating it to his friend.
After the 10,000,000th "dedication" album to BIG it became obvious that P.Diddy is just cashing in on Notorious. A bit like when Rey capitalized on Guerrero's death to win the world title really.

My Favorites are still two Nirvana covers done during the Unplugged Session in New York. Lake of Fire and Man who Sold the World are quite possibly Cobain's best performances. Gnr did do a few incredible covers too Live n Let Die and Sympathy for the Devil come to mind

Yeah Sympathy for the Devil is one of only two Rolling Stones songs I actually like. It was used to great effect at the end of Interview With A Vampire.
The only other Stones song I like is Paint It Black, mainly because it reminds me of the show Tour Of Duty, which I loved.
My favourite song on the Nirvana Unplugged is a cover also - Where Did You Sleep Last Night. Very emotionally charged. Cobain really was a wreck towards the end.

I love their cover of Bowie's 'Man Who Sold The World' and the Vaseline's 'Jesus Don't Want Me For A Sunbeam'.
Their MTV gig is their defining moment.
