Yeah does look cool. The Street Fighter series has struggled a bit since 3D graphics became the norm and have been unsure of what to do. They have tried to go 3D with the Street Fighter Ex series but then went back to 2D and back to the terrible graphics (quite lazily imo).
But now cell shading has been invented games like Viewtifull Joe, XIII and Killer 7 and above all Okami have proved that you can have amazing looking 2D games, so hopefully this will be the route SF goes down. This way they could keep the game fundementally 2D, but make it look brilliant and juding from that trailer it might just happen.
What consoles is this heading for?

As far as I'm aware only the 360 has been announced so far, but that'll probably change.
The trailer looks very cell shaded and I think a fighter would look awesome with that kind of direction to it. It'd definatly stand out against all others.

Well as you all probably know this but SF IV has been already been released in arcades featuring all eight playable characters from SF 11 (Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Gulie, Zangief, E-Honda, Blanka & Dhalseim) in addition to the 4 Shadaloo bosses (Balrog, Vega, Saggat and M Bison) plus Akuma was a secret character too. Anyway now the arcade game is out of the way Capcom can focus on the console port and they have promised more characters too! Bruce Lee clone Fei Long from the SF II series was the first to be confirmed, but even better news is that Alpha's comic relief character Dan has been confirmed too. Now their pictures have been released. www.gamercenteronline.net/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/48b2b4ddbb06f.jpgThey look pretty awesome to me. Cammy has been semi-confirmed too, which is even better news than Dan. All they need to add now would be T-Hawk and Deejay and it'll be perfect for me.
