Good. It's about time somebody did something to try and halt the slide. Edge winning the title was a good start, now they need to find someone to take Cena's title.
I am hating wrestling lately. I just can't summon up enough interest to watch it as there's too many things pissing me off about it right now. TNA is actually worse than Raw and Smackdown now, and don't even get me started on ECW, it's too upsetting.
I've basically immersed myself in music and MMA, wrestling can take a back seat till something good happens. I did not even order Judgment Day and I am glad too, cos from what I've seen it was pretty lame.

Well the draft was a bit of a let down, I was personally hoping for more people to move than just 10. WWE have another part planned for sunday, which was actually postponed from wednesday. Anyway, I'll get to the reason for that in a mo.
Here are the draft picks: (Contains *Spoilers from Raw*)
1. The Great Khali to Smackdown!
2. The Boogeyman to ECW
3. King Booker to Raw
4. Chris Benoit to ECW
5. Torrie Wilson to Smackdown!
6. Chris Masters to Smackdown!
7. Bobby Lashley to Raw
8. Ric Flair to Smackdown!
9. Snitsky to Raw
10. Mr. Kennedy to Raw
So they are the ten draft picks, Raw got the best two upcoming stars in the WWE on their show in Mr. Kennedy and Lashley and the rest well got stuck with crap. Apart from ECW who gained Chris Benoit but then they also had their World Title vacated because of Lashley's move.
To top the night of in dramatic style though, it was Mr. McMahon appreciation night. Which was basically a bunch of superstars past and present and a few celebs ripping on him. In other words, it was a 3 hours special on USA and McMahon wanted all attention on him, great huh? But at the end of the night he walked out of the arena and then into his limo which dramatically exploded. So now he is "presumed dead."

I thought it was a whole bunch of crap. I don't honestly care who goes where, as in the end it always becomes stale after a short time. What they need is: A. To get Vince McMahon off-air ASAFP.... mission accomplished. B. To bring in some new superstars, and bale out all the crap to TNA, as that's obviously their direction now. C. Stop trying to copy TNA at their own game i.e. every match being a gimmick match at One Night Stand, and set the bar so high that TNA HAVE to quit their current course and give the fans something they will actually appreciate.
This may be a very harsh thing to say, but I hope the death of Jeff Jarrett's wife causes him to take responsibility, and immerse himself in making TNA the wrestling promotion to watch. He needs to start by getting rid of Vince Russo, who is blatantly obviously fucking the company up on a grand scale. I lay the blame squarely at Russo's feet, and hold him personally responsible for the over-abundance of unbelievably shit booking we have been subjected to by both companies. At the end of the day, why should WWE try hard to impress us when they are in absolutely no danger of losing their fanbase?

I think this may of been more of a reason to strengthen Raw than an actual draft. All they did was move the more popular talent to Raw and then move the dead talent to Smackdown. ECW got two great picks in the round of Benoit and Nitro.
