There are no odds this year, as Woo forgot to return.
This year, simply bet as many bucks as you want on whomever you think will win, and whichever number they draw is the odds for that wrestler.
For example, if you picked Santino and he draws number 15 and wins the match, then his odds are 15-1 and you will win 15 times your stake.
