Just wondering if anybody has been following the Raw storyline at the moment featuring John Cena having to join NXT. For those who haven't been following it Wade Barrett beat Cena at Hell in a Cell whic meant John had to join the evil stable. It also meant we got an incredible set of reactions from the WWE Universe. Brilliant. This has led to a Survivour Series title match with Orton vs. Barrett with Cena as the ref. Wade has told Cena that if John helps him win the title, he is free from the NXT, but if he doesn't win the belt John is fired. I am actually looking forwards to this PPV match. It may well be a let down, but the I have no idea where they are going with this. Does Cena turn heel? Will he help Wade win and then beat him down? Will Orton turn heel on Cena if that happens? Will the Miz cash in his MITB and walk away with the title? Hmmmm. Also what was cool is that I went to see a Raw house show at the 02 this month and Wade mentioned that the last time he was in London he talked about "the winds of change were coming" and at SSeries he'll prove it. What was good about that for me, was that I was in London when he said it then too and me and my mate thought he seemed like a star then and now he may well be. Also a great moment happened at the house show when a Dad bought his son an NXT shirt and the poor boy meekly cried "...I wanted a Cena shirt! " Hahahaha!

Lol, what a mark! If that were my kid I would do the same.
But yeah, this Nexus storyline has easily become the biggest wrestling angle of the year, and the way it's been handled with Cena in the mix is excellent. I think Miz said it best when he highlighted the angle everyone forgot, whereby he cashes in the MITB before the Survivor Series match, therefore making the Wade vs Randy match non-title, giving Cena the loophole he needs to ensure Wade gets the win and Cena gets to keep his job and leave Nexus. This could be a simple DQ of Orton giving Wade the win.
Another way out of this, is what if Wade beats Orton cleanly? Wade would win, Cena could leave Nexus, and keep his integrity.
The last angle, which I believe nobody has explored, and I think this is by far the most interesting prospect. What if Cena turns heel?
This is something I have been dying to see for years. A full-blown heel turn by Cena would not only make Orton the company's top babyface, but get Cena over with the older generation of fans so all would not be lost there.
As has been seen with Orton, no matter how heinous your acts may be, there is always a road back to facedom.
I guess we will find out tomorrow at Survivor Series, which I am not going to buy bbw..

I loved that it was all either old ladies or young children all "shocked" at the loss. My personal favourite is the little girl at the 39 second mark about to break out in tears - there's nothing funnier than a devastated child. It's why I love these bank commercials:
As for Survivor Series, I'm hoping the Miz cashes in MitB. I've been marking out for Miz for well over a year now. I thought he would have cashed it in during Night of Champions when he lost the US title - SS seems the most likely now. My prediction will be that Barrett wins the WWE championship with Cena's help, Cena will be let go from Nexus and proceed to beat the shit out of Barrett, and then Miz will cash in his contract and take the WWE title. Weeks following will be a complicated feud between Barrett and Orton over #1 contender leading to a triple threat match with the Miz for the title at the next PPV where Cena will cost Orton the win and cement his heel turn (I think the Cena heel turn has to come AFTER he is out of Nexus, not when he is part of it).

lol. Poor little girl in that advert.
I like the older Cena fan at 0:15 who looks shocked and mouths "WOW!" He should know better.
As for SSeries, well I was hoping Cena would count an Orton pin and go "1....2..........you can't see me!" And turn heel and help Wade win. Then he'd reveal himself to be the leader of NXT. Then I'd have Taker return at the Rumble to attack Kane, fight him at No Way Out and then vow to get revenge on Cena at Wrestlemania after the whole burying alive incident. Wade can maybe face Orton in the title match, I dunno.
Either way it's a moo point now as Cena didn't turn heel, Miz didn't cash in and what hapepened was that Cena was fired due to Randy being champ still.

I read Taker is legitimately injured and may not even make it back to 'mania.
SS was a let down - I was really hoping for something more interesting to happen. Now it just falls to "how will Cena get out of being fired". I'm hoping he's "Fired" and isn't seen again until the TLC PPV (that's the next one, right?) where he "shocks" everyone with a run-in and costs Orton the WWE title, thus turning heel... yes, even if my prefered Miz-becomes-champ scenario doesn't play out, I'm still convinced that Cena will turn heel once he is out of nexus.
