Okay how great is CM Punk at the moment? This whole Jesus gimmick is simply inredible, but I fear it will be dropped when relgious fanatics get wind of it. I also like the way he recruited Serena into their group. A woman who can wrestle? OMG! Having seen her wrestle lots in Shimmer I think she's probably the best female in the company. Btw this whole topic was just so I could post this image really;

Where'd you get that picture from?
I'm enjoying it alot. I think its been one of the best things WWE has done in sometime. I'm watching Smackdown purely for Punk at the mo. They should carry it on as it could easily turn him into the company's top heel.

I reckon he's probably already the company's top heel, more so even than Batista, and the slowly face-turning Orton. The way he is so over the top with the gimmick reminds me a lot of The Million Dollar Man circa 1988. I remember saying some months ago that I was really impressed with him pushing the straight edge gimmick without being preachy about it. Well it's almost as though he read what I said and thought, "Fuck MetalBlade, I'm gonna preach straight edge now and see what he has to say about that". Well, he's took the gimmick and gone full pelt to ensure he's the most hated heel on the circuit at the moment. I'm thoroughly enjoying it, especially his performance at the Rumble. And that picture in Woo's post slays!

Hopefully, the Straight Edge Society will continue because it's the best thing to watch on either Raw or Smackdown at the moment. Punk's always been engrossing on the mic and the fact that he genuinely believes in what he's preaching makes it that much better.
In terms of him being the company's top heel, he was well on the way there during his feud with Jeff last year.....it's just a shame the political BS cost him his place on the perch. Hopefully, his performances as of late (the Rumble in particular) will catapult him back to that position, because I for one would really enjoy an Edge / Punk World Title feud after Wrestlemania.

Lol, Punk was funny at No Way Out by preaching during the Chamber match after eliminating Truth.
