So if you have been watching Raw this month you will know that Kofi is being pushed to the moon with his feud against Randy Orton. What do you guys think of it?
I've been enjoying it lots and am amazed at how quickly Kofi has gone from fun midcarder from Jamica into looking like a genuine main eventer.... from Ghana... (btw why does he just get "From Ghana Africa" during his entrance? Why not say the city or anything?)
His promo on the roof of Orton's car was fantastic and transformed him over night into a star and then there was his moment in MSG when he put Randy through a table and it continued in SSeries when he beat Punk and Orton withion 10 seconds of eachother!
Do you think we could see the African Sensation (not one of his nicknames!) with major gold round his waist in 2010?

Well yeah, I reckon he will win a major strap next year. I always like it when new contenders enter the title picture, which is why I enjoyed Raw immensely this week. Ventura was an excellent guest host, and goes some way to validating my opinion that wrestling personalities make far better guest hosts than celebrities do. As far as Kofi goes, he has what it takes to make it as a world champion, just as long as they don't make him an unbelievable one and pit him against opponents who gel with his style, such as Punk and Orton. I must admit I missed Raw last week from The Garden and I did not order Survivor Series even though it is traditionally my favourite annual PPV. But what I saw of the highlights of both shows made it obvious the promotion has big future plans for Kingston. I hope he carries it well.
