So with just two matches confirmed this already looks like a PPV of the year contender. TNA Championship AJ Styles (c) vs Daniels vs Samoa Joe Four years ago at September's PPV these three headlined fighting over the X-Division title in what still is one of, if not the, best matches in TNA history. Now all three are fighting for the world title. It took us four years to get here, but it's progress! TNA Tag Team Championship The British Invasion (c) vs Motor City Machine Guns Their new theme tune may suck, but the MCMG's are still among the best things in TNA and they have a chance to win what would amazingly be only their first TNA Tag Team Championship! Hopefully they will give us Angle vs Wolfe too and if they do, what more could you ask for from a wrestling PPV?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that Daniels was the culprit in the attack on AJ. We caught a glimpse of the attacker's bald head and judging by the size of him, I came to the conclusion that it was Daniels. Also, with WÜLF on the bill, how can it fail?

I don't think it was Daniels actually. No doubt we were meant to think it was Christopher and I am sure AJ will accuse Daniels of the attack despite the Fallen Angel protesting his innocence, which I predict will lead to Daniels turning heel and hopefully becoming his former cult leader type self.
SPOILER MAYBE!!
So who did it if it weren't Daniels? Will I think it was one of Styles old tag team partners. A certain man who will solve any problems. Unless they involve beat boxing.

Well I didn't think it looked big enough for him. But you know I will mark out if that certain New Warlord reappears.

So this PPV is Sunday and here is the line-up (though there is nothing booked yet with Young, Super Mex, Morgan, Rhino and 3D) so expect at least one more match. Here's the rest of the card; Wolf vs Angle I read a comment that "Desmond Wolf" sounds like a Rastafarian assassin, which I think is very cool. This match could be MOTY if done right. I was thinking that Angle would win here and end the feud, but AJ could be tied up with Daniels and Tomko, so this might go on an extra month. Either way I'm psyched! Steiner vs Lashley Lashley's next victim! If this is kept short, which it should be, it could be fun. It's difficult to see where Lashley goes from here really. Who can he really face next? Homicide vs Amazing Red This could either be a great ten minute match or a three-minute rushed spot-fest. Amazing Kong vs Tara Hmm, this could be great too. Kong is one of the best in the world and if Tara is on it will be a very nice match. Cages matches can be tricky though, also Kong has just come off two huge Shimmer matches a week ago. Lacey Von Eric, Madison Rayne & Velvet Sky vs Sarita, Taylor Wilde & ODB Ugh, this won't be good. For starters how will this work? I get it that if someone pins ODB they become champ, but what about the KO Tag belts? It's a shame this will probably be a train wreck as Sarita is AWESOME while Taylor and Rayne are also good workers. I just thing Sky, ODB and LVE will drag this match down, which is a big shame. Give us Sarita and Taylor vs Alissa Flash and Hamada instead and you could have a genuine classic match.

So the tag match has been altered: And 3D, Rhino, Morgan and Supermex have got a match with the Pope added for good measure.

So anyone see this?
I have to say the three way tag was a disapointment with the Guns vanishing into a black hole half way through, but everything else was better than I thought and AJ/Daniels/Joe and Angle/Wolfe were amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing! Easily MOTYC's!

Yeah the triple threat for the title had more highlights than the most WWE ppv's over 3 hours. But match of the night was The Wülf vs Mr. Mangle, which is match of the year as far as I'm concerned. Talk about McGuinness becoming an overnight success. I know we've all admired his greatness for some years now, but it took a booker with balls of steel to throw him right in at the deep end and see if he can swim with the big fishes. This is fast becoming the best feud in wrestling at the moment, and much of it is thanks to Kurt, who has made an already impressive wrestling talent in The Wülf, look like a true superstar. Their already classic match at Turning Point must make Vince wish he'd capitalised on Nigel when he had the chance. A big failure on his part. I also like his cocky skinhead gimmick, and mark wildly when he flicks the V at the crowd and calls everyone wankers. TNA is doing a lot of right recently, and I hope the impending shadow of Hulkamania doesn't throw a dark veil of deception over proceedings.

You had to love the "Screw Hulk Hogan" chants during the main event lol.
I was enjoying the Wolf/Kurt feud, but it wasn't until the video packages at Turning Point when I realized just how good the feud is. (Evidently the Sting/Foley video package for Lockdown had the same effect on me.)
It went back to Wolfe's first meeting with Kurt: "You're the reason I came to TNA Angle!" and it was, but we didn't know then that he was coming to end his career. Also the psycology in that match was off the charts. Literally EVERYTHING Des did was to the injured neck and shoulder of Kurt. He even made an armdrag look deadly and holy hell those lariots are great, but the best lariot was Angle's desperation attack.
Some might not like Angle going over, but it was a perfect end. Wolfe said he knew Angle better than Angle knew himself and counted the Angle Slam, Ankle Locks and all of Kurt's finishers, so Angle had to apply a move which he has never used before to make him tap. I think Nigel even said "what was that!?" after being defeated.
Superb.
Nothing on this PPV was bad and I thought the X-Division title matches and 3 vs 3 tag were very good. Scott Stiener vs Lashley wasn't great, but who gives a shit?- it involves Stiener!! The man is a god. "Look at your baby Lashley- it has my eyes!!" has to be one of the lines of the year! Though I nearly spat my drink out when Desmond called everyone "window lickers!"
I am going to see TNA early next year. Can't wait for the heroes reaction Wolf and the Invasion get.

Yes, Wolf indeed mouthed the words "what was that?" after tapping. And then as he was retreating up the ramp he mouthed "I don't know what you just did to me..." Even I never expected to see Kurt use a triangle choke. It was indeed superb psychology on the part of Kurt to keep a secret move in reserve and ensure the feud has a future.
I can just imagine Kurt's next line on Impact... "so, you think you know me better than I know myself, Mr. Wolf? Think again!"
Awesome.

The only problem with Wolfe is that already his finishers have been destroyed. People are already kicking out of the lariat and the Tower Of London. Hopefully they will start having him use his London Dungeon finisher then if those two aren't winning matches.
