Okay I am sure most people here have itunes or windows media player at least and there is a feature on it that shows you your top 25 most played songs and I thought It'd be fun if we shared ours!
Here's mine.
25. Freestyler- Bomfunk MC's- 18 Times
Yes it's the chaviest song of all time, but what a farking fantastic dance track. It's my ring tone too.
24. My Generation- The Who- 19 Times
Classic.
23. 100 Mile High City- Ocean Colour Scene- 19 Times
One of the most underrated bands of the 90’s imo. This song always reminds me of the intro to Lock Stock where they are running away from the cozzers.
22. Roll With It- Oasis- 19 Times
Noel may hate this song, but I thing it‘s great. Easily one of my top five Oasis songs and I was so happy when they put this back into their setlist when I saw them at Wimberley.
21. Set You Free- N-Trance- 19 Times
One of my favourite dance songs. Shame they never did anything this good ever again.
20. Born Slippy- Underworld- 20 Times
Possibly the definitive dance song of the 90’s.
19. Addicted to Bass- Puretone- 20 Times
A bit of a forgotten gem this. Who-uh-oww!
18. Richard III- Supergrass- 21 Times
My third favourite song from my third favourite Britpop band.
17. Caught By The Fuzz- Supergrass- 21 Times

16. Flying- Cast- 21 Times
I really don’t get why Cast didn’t get as much attention as other Britpoppers. I think they were awesome. I miss Top of the Pops nearly as much as Cast too L
15. Fell In Love With A Girl- The White Stripes- 22 Times
I play this a lot because it’s incredible…. And under two minutes… Greatest video ever?
14. Love Will Tear Us Apart- Joy Division- 22 Times
NME always rank this as the best song ever. I won’t put up much of an argument against them. This is great. I want to learn to play this, though it’s one of those songs that should NEVER be covered….. Which makes me laugh that Fallout Boy tried….
13. When I Think Of You- Whigfield- 23 Times
This is….. Okay I can’t defend this one. I know it’s cheesy pop at it’s worst……
12. Alright- Supergrass- 23 Times
What a feel good tune! Imo the best Britpop song ever, which says a lot since I love every single Britpop band.
11. Mr. Brightside- The Killers- 24 Times
I don’t think The Killers will ever be able to top Hot Fuss and I don’t think they will ever top this song either. Always a good song to dance to in clubs or pubs.
10. I Found Out- Pigeon Detectives- 25 Times
I first saw this band when they were supporting Kaiser Chiefs and I’ve been a fan since. I think I have overplayed this song however as I’m a bit sick of it atm.
9. Nothing Left- The Buzzcocks- 25 Times
Love that riff!
8. Pretty Green Eyes- Ultrabeat 29 Times
I don’t know what this one is doing so high either…
7. Ever Fallen In Love?- The Buzzcocks- 29 Times
My favourite song by the Buzzcocks, not the highest though.

Song 2! Or “Woo-hoo” as people annoyingly call it sometimes…..
5. I Don’t Know What To Do With My Life- The Buzzcocks- 30 Times
The third Buzzcock song in my top 25!

Is it about a girl or heroin? It doesn’t matter, it’s the best song of the 90’s.
3. Love Is A Losing Game- Amy Winehouse- 31 Times
She may be a total mess, but she’s still very talented as this, her best song, shows.
2. Creep- Radiohead- 32 Times
Love this.

1. Ain’t No Sunshine- Bill Withers- 35 Times
