No, but I noticed that it took like five minutes for him to get on the stage after his music was playing. We thought maybe some mystery person would take his place.
The second world title person I think was Rhyno. He came back during the preshow match. He was an ECW champion so maybe that's the world title.

Stevie Richards was a former ECW champ right? Back when it was a real world title.

When I was reading PWI's Q&A last night, they had something about Taz being brought in to mentor Samoa Joe. Apparently the deal was done just before Wrestlemania. Interesting to say the least. It would explain the towel and all the suplexes Joe used at Lockdown.

In other UNRELATED news Tazz now calls himself Taz..... This pleases me. I always disregarded the surplus zee anyway. I noticed the bit where Joe was mysteriously seemingly taking orders from someone also, Woo. So much for his "Nation Of Violence" being a "nation of one" eh? I don't much care for this new cropped-hair, long pant-wearing Joe. He's lost the bad-ass vibe and just comes across as another hard-done-to mardy arse. It will be beyond excellent if it does turn out to be Taz, but watch it turn out to be Umanga who was prompting him throught the curtain... Or even worse - Rikishi... PFFT! |
