2008's Top 5 WWE Matches

Okay Flyers and I were talking in the chat about listing our top 5 matches from 2008 and then going back and doing 2007, 2006 etc. It could be fun. Please join in! If you can't think of 5 then 3 will do, or 10 if you want to go overboard.

I'll start, I didn't see a lot of wrestling last year and didn't even see the Flair vs HBK match. So here's mine.

5. The SD Unforgiven Scramble
Brian Kendrick was provisional champ! WOW!

4. The Royal Rumble
Just for the SHOCKING retutn of Cena if nothing else. That was an incredible moment.

3. Money in the Bank
Another Mania another great MITB. Morrison was the star of the show in this match.

2. HBK vs Y2J ladder match-No Mercy
The interference of Cade does taint it a little but this was a very good ladder match.

1. Jeff Hardy vs Umaga steal cage on Raw
A couple of weeks before Jeff Harvey's big match at the Royal Rumble against Orton. Outstanding contest. One of the very best cage matches I have seen.

2008: hmm this will be hard. I've only seen royal rumble 2008 and ons 2008 so I will just list my top 5 from that (not much of a top 5 lol.)

5. JBL Vs Y2J (Rumble): Meh not that great of a match but it was the first match i saw with the new Y2J and it was nice to see him back.

4. Orton Vs HHH-LMS (ONS): Ok match, had it's moments.

3. Hardy Vs Umaga (ONS): Jeff had some nice moves here. Loved the sliding down the stairs tackle and the swanton off the top of the truck.

2. TLC-Taker Vs. Edge (ONS): Not even in the same league as some of the best TLC's but Taker took a nice bump towards the end.

1. Rumble Match(Rumble): An ok Rumble match to say the least.

Oh speaking of Edge/Taker I realize I missed Edge vs Taker Hell in a Cell from Summerslam. That's one of the best HiaC's ever.
