This week on TNA Impact Petey loses a 'Loser leaves town' match and it is believed that this is actually going to be his final TNA match and that he has asked for his release!
That sucks! I love Petey! He was one of the reasons I began to watch TNA along with Joe, AJ and Daniels. This is terrible news! I would like to see him in the WWE, perhaps on ECW fighting Evan Bourne, but the WWE would never allow him to use the DeepFreeze (I mean the Canadian Destroyer).
This sucks.
Also Lance Hoyt has gone too. I wasn't a huge fan of Hoyt but he could have been a big star. He was getting over huge at one point (around the Spike TV deal era) and TNA fucked it up as always. Now he could do well in the WWE if he didn't look like a Test rip-off.

I think Petey Willams will go to WWE. It seems the obvious place for him, even more so now he has bulked up.
Unlike you Woo, I do think they'd let him use his finisher. If you remember before Trevor Murdoch was released he started to use a variation of the finisher. I think that leaves a good chance that they'll let him use it if he gets a place there.

Yeah I remember Murdoch now. When I went to see Raw/Heat live he did it on Matt Hardy and my mate and I were stunned and uttered ".......did....did he just do a Canadian Destroyer?!" He totally botched the move however.
Problem with Petey is the wellfare policy now he's bulked....

According to various sources, believe it or not TNA had their own wellness policy in place and had to have one incase congress came down on them. I think it's not as hard as WWE's but it would certainly look out for 'roids.

ROFLMAO! What?! You can get that done?
They should just give him a Giant Gonzalez style attire with fake muscles

lol, yeah you can get that done. It's pretty funny.
Back on subject, Willams to WWE. I read that TNA are looking to release alot of undercard talent who haven't achieved nothing. Surely it's TNA's fault that they haven't achieved nothing? Makes no sense.

If they haven't achieved nothing, then surely that means they have achieved something doesn't it?
meh... I nitpick at bad grammar, I'm afraid...
But I thought Lance Hoyt left ages ago. I am surprised at Petey going though. He is one of the most popular guys on the roster from what I've seen.
It seems bizarre that they are pushing guys like Shane Stool and those godawfully irritating "Beautiful People" (whom since the introduction of HD, are revealed to be as lumpy and crusty-faced as leprous plague-bearers incidentally...), whilst they bury the likes of the super-talented Christopher Daniels in a novelty program that outlived it's welcome some twelve months ago.
But when you consider who heads up the booking team, it doesn't seem so bizarre after all. TNA is very strong in many areas, stronger even than WWE, but when they get it wrong, oh man do they fuck things up royally.
I mean what the hell was that three month long piece of shit involving a fake Governor Palin all about? No, really, what was it all about? I really don't know because I fast forwarded almost all those segments on sky+.
Vince must be laughing under his Spitting Image mask when he thinks about how the other Vince is sabotaging his competition.

The Guv. is STILL in TNA, hopefully she'll just become a proper wrestler now. Why do they insist in giving good wrestlers shit gimmicks?! Why the hell hasn't Awesome Kong's manager become Cheerleader Melissa yet? Gah!
Thank god Curryman got "fired" in the storyline. But now Daniels is fuckinG SUICIDE!! Yes I know he's only Suicide until Kaz gets back but why the FUCK is Kaz Suicide in the first place?! The only two legitamte main events in the Frontline are AJ and Joe so just put Daniels and Kaz in there whenever Kaz recoveres. TNA are so fucking stupid.
Btw Jimmy Rave has now gone too. Another wasted talent.

If they haven't achieved nothing, then surely that means they have achieved something doesn't it? That was straight from a wrestling news website, shocking I know. I dont get what TNA hope to achieve here, surely by releasing the undercard talent it means WWE now have a pick of some of the stars TNA failed to do something with? I think it wont be long before Williams is in WWE as his look pretty much fits it. TNA is quickly declining and it's shocking how much a few men with ego's the size of the USA can ruin a company. Funny thing is, as much as we hate Triple H and his ego, he's now nowhere near as bad as Angle, Sting and Jarrett.

It's not their fault. Angle has gone on record countless times saying that TNA should push their own talent into the main events and he said that at house shows it's AJ and Joe that get the biggest ovations. Nash has said they same thing. It's not the talents fault, or even JJ's, but all the bookers (well besides Booker T).

JJ, Sting and Angle all have a say in the booking so I take Angle's words with a pinch of salt. Booker T is clearly out for himself.
It's clear that the momentum shifted in TNA since they got Christian in 2005. Suddenly they stopped caring about their own talent and started to care more about keeping those who jumped ship happy.

Well Angle has made stars his whole career. He helped turn Edge, Rey, Cena and to a lesser extent Benoit into credible main eventers so I think he knows the value of putting younger guys over. Yes Angle is crazy but I don't think he's out for himself.
He also put over Jay Lethal hugely. It's Russo who keeps fucking things up- look what they did to Kaz.

I don't think Angle is self-serving either. Well, not entirely. I think Kurt has indeed helped a lot of younger stars fulfil their potential, and any company which loses him as a talent is worse off for it. As stated literally thousands of times by countless thousands of people, it's all Vince Russo's fault. Why can't these companies see that?
And why do they always fall for the same crap that he pulls? The Main Event Mafia is him all over. Whilst it has it's positive points, the negatives clearly outweigh them. It's just like the Millionaire's Club thing that helped bring about the demise of WCW. The sooner this group disintigrates under it's own pseudo-kayfabe egotism, the better in my opinion.
