Do you know what I hate?!!! When you are watching a film or a TV program and there are people watching with you who just won't STFU!!! Today for instance I was watching X-Factor with my mum, sister and step-dad and some crazy woman. Now after every single line that was sung Crazy Woman kept going "Nope....Nope....No....he's killing it...." and when you liked the song she was clicking her fingers after eachline and even started singing-along.
It was soooo annoying! I was trying to her the people on X-Factor sing not Crazy Drunk Lady!!
Also I hate it when you are watching a film with people, who have already seen it and they'll all like "Here comes the big suprise!!!" "Well thanks for ruining it. jackass!"
I dunno, maybe some families are different than mine....maybe some families like to y'know, actually talk....but surely they could keeo quiet when you are trying to watch something right?!

lol. I imagine this thread is in response to something that happened recently and not a random musing. I agree completely though.
I don't even let people hum to songs when I'm listening to them. It's unacceptable.
Another one I like is when people go "Watch this part! It's so funny!" It's like, well, I was already watching this part...and I'd like to listen to it too, if you wouldn't mind shutting up.

Jeff always does that to me, it's so annoying. So, I just try to not watch anything with him if he's seen it before, saves me a big headache. That being said, I am guilty of talking to the TV, I can't help but throw my little comments in. But if the person I'm watching with asks me to stop, I usually do.

Well, it's only polite to speak back to the TV when it talks to you. Just use your inside voice (not to be confused with the voices in your head).

Okay, so yelling at the TV is bad (I usually only do that when I'm watching hockey), but it's okay to talk to it as long as I use a quiet voice, right? As for the voices in my head, I just try to ignore them, there's so many, it gets confusing sometimes....

Yeah Steala it hapened to me yesterday.
Oh yeah I forgot this, during the same program Crazy Woman's mobile phone went off, now it's bad enough that she answered the phone in the front room and was loudly talking on it so none of us could hear the telly but the phone was on speakerphone too, so we couldn't hear a damn thing outside her phone call!
I think I am just going to ban her from my home.
lol @ dini's first post. I can just imagine you dini speaking to your TV going "Hi Mr. Televison. How are you today? ..........STOP IGNORING ME DAMNIT!!!!! ........... Oh you're on mute, my bad. Hohohohoho!"

I'm not that bad... yet! No, I just talk to the characters like, "don't go in there, you idiot, that's where the bad guy is!" doesn't everyone do that???
So Woo, who is this crazy lady, and why was she in your house to begin with??
