I got this email from Addon Interactive the other day.
I guess they are still working on it.

On Saturday, April 24th, 2010 at 9am EDT AddonInteractive will be performing system-wide updates to our network. For approximately one hour while these updates are being made, many AddonInteractive services (including AddonChat and AddonLiveSupport) may be intermittently unavailable or partially functional.

These updates provide the necessary foundation for new projects and service updates currently in post-development testing. An announcement regarding the availability of these new projects will be sent to you shortly.
