Shane Jacobson of the Australian version is excellent.
I recall seeing him in an ace mockumentary called Kenny, about a guy who fixes portable toilets.
It was great, and hilarious. Almost as good as The Castle.

Shane Jacobsen is on Australian Top Gear? Surely only as a guest once... The man has a career.
Last time I saw, Trumpeter James Morrison, a cartoonist and some other twat were in charge. Then the show got sold to Ch. 9 as a package for British Top Gear and was never seen again.
And yes, Kenny is good. Maybe stay away from his follow up venture with Paul Hogan - Charlie & Boots. Utter pap.

And Steala, I'm not sure... if they do, I'll spiral into a deep and dark depression. I mean, as I say, the show thrives on his over-the-top Australianess. The thought crossed my mind that it may be done as a follow-up series... somehow lamely working the same dog into a new household across the world. But whatever... I'll watch it, find out and inevitably hate it when it hits tv here.
