Less mess.
Well, the mess is the same. But nature is a fairly decent cleaner and offers it's services at a pretty economic rate. Less impact on land and housing value too. Considerate, this emo. Rare trait. Almost be a loss.

More like billionaire hi-tech scam artist, who moves from town to town like a plague of locusts using his network of zombie PCs to net him millions by wiping out the life savings of the unfortunate pensioners and hard working businessmen who fall prey to his plan for world domination.
Once he has been exposed, he simply ups sticks and colonises the next town, which in Australia happens to be over 800 miles away.
