I like watching the snowboarding, I think it's pretty cool how fast they go (no pun intended).

For some reason I find curling a strangely compelling sport. That's a good question. Wait a second...I guess I didn't ask it yet, so here goes: Why? Curling appears to me to be the lazy man's bowling (which is already the laziest sport conceivable, therefore curling is the lazy sporting equivalent of dividing by zero). They have three people doing what one person could realistically do on his own. It's not like the disk is going at the speed of light. Walk your ass down there and sweep the ice yourself. And what's with the intense look on the face of each 'competitor' as they shove the disk down the ice? If a bowler had that intense of a look on his face whenever he rolled the ball down, we'd all think he was a complete freaking lunatic, but since it's the Olympics we're supposed to pretend that winning is some sort of amazing sporting achievement. Not only that, but I have to wait for this mockery of an Olympic event to finish before CNBC puts on Canada vs. Switzerland hockey. Fuck you, curling, you fucking glorified shuffleboard on ice.

I disagree. Luge is the laziest sport. You even get to lie down to compete. What other sport can to play whilst on your back? Even the name is lazy. One syllable which simply rolls off the tongue.

It isn't exactly a La-Z-Boy recliner. I'd imagine luging it actually pretty strenuous on your calf muscles. You can probably feel a deep burn. I can't be certain, because you can't just go to a luge track like you would a bowling alley. A sport that you have to actively seek out to participate? That's like the antithesis of lazy. Plus...you can die. That's pretty hardcore if you ask me.

So what about darts? Would you consider that a lazy sport? Many people would, and do, but just think of all the 12oz curls you have to do throughout a game of arrows.

I like almost every sport there is and could happily watch everything from Darts to Bowls. The only ones I don't like are Indy Car, Nascar, Baseball and..... American Football, sorry! Maybe I should play more Madden and try to learn the rules.

Curling is supposedly really demanding on the body. I have some friends who curl, and they're always moving gingerly the day after.

So what about darts? Would you consider that a lazy sport? Many people would, and do, but just think of all the 12oz curls you have to do throughout a game of arrows. Absolutely, I would. Anything you can find in a bar and a drunk can excel at is not a real sport in my mind. I like almost every sport there is and could happily watch everything from Darts to Bowls. The only ones I don't like are Indy Car, Nascar, Baseball and..... American Football, sorry! Maybe I should play more Madden and try to learn the rules. Why are you apologizing? lol. Also, this might be unrelated but I don't understand why people are so hypercompetitive when comparing American football, soccer, and rugby. You'd think American football was sleeping with rugby's sister (and soccer was jerking off to it in the apartment across the way). Curling is supposedly really demanding on the body. I have some friends who curl, and they're always moving gingerly the day after. The sweepers, presumably? I just can't see the pusher (or whatever technical name they are designated) working up a good sweat, unless they are very out of shape - and some Olympic curlers appear to be.

I was always under the assumption that they switched it up; I don't watch the sport. Maybe the rocks are heavy if they don't?
Well, considering that we almost lost to Switzerland and had to take it to a shootout, i imagine the chances of us shitting on you are very slim.

Rugby Union sucks. It's only relevant once every four years. It sure is better than Rugby League though....
I watched some of the skeleton today, it was great, and yay, Team GB won a gold medal!!!
What time is the ice hockey on? I want to watch that. Is it the final?
Okay so everybody made it safely through the 12 hour round. Up next is the 8 hour round which starts at 2:00 AM here in just undr six and a half hours.
