In case you have not already seen it, I present Tom Slick AKA Epic Beard Man and Tyrone featuring Amber Lamps in: AC TRANSIT BUS FIGHT I AM A MOTHERFUCKER. Directed by Iyanna Washington.
In this video you will see the 67 year old Tom Slick, AKA Epic Beard Man, having a slight misunderstanding with a fellow bus rider (who, although unnamed in the video has acquired the nickname Tyrone). You see, Tom thought Tyrone offered him a shoe shine. However this was not the case. Tyrone then begins to antagonize Mr. Slick and threaten him with physical violence. Tom does not back down. You see, Tom is an ex-marine and he's very skilled in hand to hand combat. This is something that his fellow passengers, who are overwhelmingly attempting to instigate a fight, are unaware of.
Tom leaves the situation by walking to the front of the bus and warns Tyrone of the imminent shit-slapping he will receive if his assault continues. This is probably where the conflict should have ended. But foolish pride gets the best of all of us at one point or another and the younger man follows Tom to the front of the bus, where he makes a horrible mistake. He hits Tom Slick in the face. At this point Tom's training and instincts come into play.
Tom beats the ever-loving shit out of Tyrone. It's hilarious and unexpected by all. Tyrone is felled and he hunches over the bus seat bleeding. The bus riders are completely shocked. No longer encouraging this fight, now they are concerned for the well being of Tyrone, an interesting change of tone. Tom is sure to remind his new friend that he was warned, "I told you not to fuck with me!" After all Tom is, at least according to his shirt, A Motherfucker.
Tom is asked to leave the bus. He complies, making sure to point out that he acted in self defense. With his victim separated from him Tyrone throws out another challenge, knowing Tom cannot continue the fight. He then retreats to the back of the bus where he requests the driver to "bring the amberlamps."
I'd like to point out that the woman filming this video, Iyanna Washington, spends most of the video egging on an already tense situation by cursing and throwing racist slurs. Without her input, perhaps Tyrone would have backed down before he began "leaking". She also steals Tom Slick's bag at the end of the video. She claims to be an innocent and also says she no longer has the bag.
PS: Also of note is the young woman in blue sitting next to Tyrone. She is fascinating as she manages to keep her cool and barely moves an inch during the entire scene. She is stoic. She is above the mere mortals before her. The inane squabbling of the average man is simply insignificant to her. She has truly earned her title, "Amber Lamps."
